    Why I like it

    Reasons to stop here

    01

Take home the flavors of Hosoiri’s mountains

Products featured here include pickled rakkyo (small onions), wild mountain vegetables cured between sheets of kombu kelp, tochi honey, shiitake mushrooms and vegetables. Look for Toyama-style preserved foods and ingredients from the mountain area.

    02

Shop for flavors from Toyama and Hida

The selection also includes masu no sushi (pressed trout sushi), gohei-mochi (grilled rice cakes), salt-grilled ayu sweetfish and products made with Hida beef. Stock varies with deliveries and the season, so check with the shop if you are looking for a particular item.
